Account Coordinator

Admixture seeks a motivated full-time Account Coordinator. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, flexible, and can succeed in a fun, entrepreneurial environment. The Account Coordinator will report directly to the company President and will be responsible for day-to-day client matters including client relations, media management, supplier relations, website acquisition, and general business management. This unique position combines traditional management responsibilities with cutting edge interactive media management.

Responsibilities
• Client Relations
• Discussing and Implementing Campaign Strategy
• Online Ad Campaign Management and Oversight
• Campaign Reporting and Billing
• Vendor Relations and Acquisition

Qualifications
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must have a high degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality & excellence
• Must be extremely good on the phone with clients
• Must be a fast learner
• Ability to multi task and meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to handle multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience required, with a record of high achievement in both curricular and extra-curricular activities
• Experience in Internet marketing is a plus
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
